Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchange unless there is a manufacture defect. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, due to health and safety concerns, the products are considered as used therefore non-returnable.

Once you receive the package, we ask you to check all products immediately. If you find a manufacture defect, please contact us through help@seductx.com within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to you. Send us your order number, a brief description of the defect, and photos of the defect product in detail. After examination and approval, we will replace it with the same item you ordered.

Cancels

Please keep in mind that once the payment has been processed, we can not cancel you order.
