Returns

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, due to health and safety concerns, the products are considered as used therefore non-returnable.Once you receive the package, we ask you to check all products immediately. If you find a defect, please contact us through info@masturmaster.com within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to you. Send us your order number, a brief description of the defect, and photos of the defect product in detail. After examination and approval, we will replace it with the same item you ordered.
