All orders will be shipped from BC, Canada. We use FedEx, UPS, or Canpar as our shipping method depend on where you are or what you order. Usually takes about 3 - 7 business days to arrive.All shipments will strictly be discreet, meaning your order will arrive in plain brown boxes, manila envelopes or bubble mailers with no company branding or logos visible.We offer free shipping for orders over $59 to Canada & US. At this moment we don't cover shipping for international orders.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchange unless there is a manufacture defect. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, due to health and safety concerns, the products are considered as used therefore non-returnable.Once you receive the package, we ask you to check all products immediately. If you find a defect, please contact us through info@masturmaster.com within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to you. Send us your order number, a brief description of the defect, and photos of the defect product in detail. After examination and approval, we will replace it with the same item you ordered.
